Belle Cote, Cape Breton is on the Ceilidh (pronounced "kay-lee", a Celtic word meining "musical gathering") Trail, on the southwestern coast. The place-name means "beautiful coast" in French! (Or would if I had a circumflex accent avove the "o".) In any event, the name is most apt.
