Brier Island, Nova Scotia

Brier Island is the end of the island chain extending from Digby Neck through Long Island, and the most southeastern point in Nova Scotia. It has one town, Westport, and three lighthouses

Long Island is famed for its lighthouses and is a sanctuary for seabirds and seals.

We do not recommend the Westport Inn on Brier Island. We suggest a day visit.
