Colorado: Pike's Peak, August 2000

Ruth and I visited Pike's Peak (a bit over 14,000 feet above sea level), while we were on business and pleasure in August, 2000. Zebulon Pike made his discovery in February and couldn't makeit to the top in winter. Pike never made it. We did, on the cog railway, and took these photos. Hope you enjoy them!
